Ruth Ann Starlin, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away on June 18, 2026, at the age of 82. She was born on September 7, 1943, to Estell and Daisy (McKibben) Starlin. Ruth grew up surrounded by a large family, including her sisters Ila Garoutte of Liberty, KS, Sue Coy of Coffeyville, KS, and Bonnie Brewer, as well as her brothers Kenneth, Estell Carroll Jr., and Billy.

Ruth dedicated many years of her life to her work at Cobalt Manufacturing, where she was known for her strong work ethic and dedication. She faced the challenges of life with resilience and grace, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew her.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents Estell and Daisy, along with her brothers Kenneth, Estell Carroll Jr., Billy, and sister Bonnie. She will be dearly missed by her surviving sisters Ila and Sue, her son Roy wife Laresa Lukens, son Randy and wife Chrystal Lukens, daughter Tina and husband David Myers, several grandchildren, and a few great-grandchildren.

A private family service will be held at a later date to honor Ruth's memory and celebrate her life.

Ruth Ann Starlin will be remembered fondly, and her spirit will continue to live on through her family and friends.
