Randal Magee

Randal Scott Magee, 54, of Caney, Kansas, passed away on December 12, 2019.

He was born to father Larry Magee & mother Charline Flynn on April 23, 1965, in Kansas City, Missouri. Randy grew up in Bowring, Oklahoma with his father, step-mother Patty, and siblings Roger, Rodney, Richard, Lee, Keith, and Penny.

He married Kristi Johnson, the love of his life, in 1990, who survives him. Randy is also survived by his oldest son Tyler, his youngest son Jacob and Jacob’s wife, Kourtney, as well as a his grand-daughter Brylynn and grand-son Maddox. Randy was preceded in death by his father Larry, father-in-law Ed Johnson, sister-in-law Kerri Johnson, niece Maria Adams, and great-nephew Ryker Magee.

Randy loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids, and friends. He loved to be at the race track with his family where they spent most of their summer weekends. He liked to be at the casino and humbly bragging about his winnings.

A visitation with family will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Potts Chapel in Caney, Kansas. The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at 1 p.m., at Caney Valley Speedway, graveside service to follow at Sunnyside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to Randy's grandchildren's college fund.
