Gerald Wesley Loveless, Caney, passed away Tuesday, July 20th, 2021 at the Pleasant Valley Manor in Sedan, Kansas. Cremation has taken place with Potts Chapel. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 7th, 2021 at the Hope Church in Caney, Kansas at 11:00am. Family visitation will be held on Friday, August 6th from 6:30-8:00pm at Hope Church.
Gerald was born on January 7th, 1940. He was the son of Ray and Eliza (Knisley) Loveless. He attended school in Coffeyville, Kansas. Gerald enlisted into the United States Army on December 16th, 1963. He honorable served two years. He worked at the Acme Factory and for Funk Manufacturing.
He married the love of his life, Josephine “Josie” Hall on July 3rd , 1966 in Indiana. They made their home in Coffeyville and later moved to Caney, Kansas.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his children, Jody Munday and husband, Erin of Caney, Kansas, Jennifer Hodges and husband, Donny of Havana, Kansas; grandchildren, David Munday and wife, Kayla of Caney, Kansas, Tim Munday and fiancé, Sierra of Caney, Kansas; great grandchildren, Kynlee Munday, Colt Munday, sister Bernice White, nephews: Gary White and Rick White.
He is proceeded in death by his loving wife Josie, his parents and brother Kenneth Loveless.
