Billie Ray Bair, age 85 of Niotaze, KS passed away on February 5, 2017 at Pleasant Valley Manor of Sedan.

Billie was born in Texas County, Oklahoma on November 12, 1931 to Ray and Mable (Goss) Boggess. She attended school in Guymon and graduated from Miami, Oklahoma. After high school she was united in marriage to Ronald D Conard, to this union the couple was blessed with five children, they later divorced. She then met and married Warren W. Bair, and they united their families for a total of eleven children. Billie found employment as an executive assistant for the United States Navy, she then went to work locally for Sedan Florist and then the for the United States Postal Service at the Niotaze Post Office, until her retirement. Billie enjoyed reading, visiting with friends and people of the community, with 11 children she was naturally a nurturing person, always putting others first. She loved cooking for crowds and family, and always opened her door to those in need. Billie most cherished her time with family.

Those left to honor her memory are, sons; Ron Conard and Patricia Bryant, Mike Conard his wife Brandy, Scott Conard his wife Claudia, Steve Conard his wife Kelly, and Alan Philipps, daughters; Ronda Smith her husband Donald J, Sherrill Bair, Lisa Rogers her husband Garrett, Linda Wade, Lisa Wade, Theresa Philipps, 80 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Warren, sisters, Audrey Treece and Harriett Shaffer.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Potts Chapel of Caney at 10:00am with interment following in Fairview Cemetery in Niotaze. Friends are invited to sign the register and greet the family on Friday, February 10, 2017 at the Chapel from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
